• Environmental factors affecting signal reception

Location Accuracy

GPS location accuracy can vary based on multiple factors including:

• Satellite geometry and signal strength
• Urban canyons and building interference
• Weather conditions
• Device quality and antenna placement

Typical accuracy ranges from 2-5 meters under optimal conditions, but may be less in challenging environments.

Device Installation and Maintenance

Proper installation of tracking devices is crucial for optimal performance. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring devices are properly installed and configured
• Regular maintenance and battery replacement
• Protecting devices from tampering or damage

Data Retention

Vehicle tracking data is typically retained for 12 months, after which it may be archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Fees and Billing

Billing Cycle

To the fullest extent permitted by law, traQpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which traQpro is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which traQpro is established.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our Services or by other means. By continuing to use our Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
